- Materials Procurement.
- Project Estimation and Budgeting.
- Value Engineering Assessments.
- Preparation of mechanical calculations (Hydraulic Calculation, ESP calculation, etc…)
- Cost Control & Planning Reports.
- Preparation of material submittals and shop drawing submittals prior to submission to the Consultant.
- Review and checking of design drawings.
- Preparation of Payment Certificates and Variation Orders along with their measurement sheets prior to submission.
- Monitoring of the MEP Shop Drawings, Low Level and High Level MEP Composite Shop Drawings.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
