Description:
AH Qatar consultancy is looking for a professional and proactive Architect to work in the design office, developing projects from Concept Design up to Issue for Construction stage.
Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Fluent in English both written and spoken with good capability in oral and written communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Qatar in architectural design office.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Auto CAD drafting
• Proficiency in Sketchup and rendering in Enscape or Lumion.
• Revit is no specifically required but will be valued.
• Technical & construction knowledge.
• Knowledge of local regulations and requirements applicable to the buildings in the state of Qatar.
• Proactive and problem-solving oriented.
• Coordination and communication skills.

Addtitional equirements:

• UPDA registered.
• Should have Transferrable Visa with NOC
• Located in Doha, State of Qatar
• Valid qatari driving license and own vehicle.
