Technical Office Architect—High-End & Luxury Projects

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Office Architect with extensive experience in high-end and luxury projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing, reviewing, and managing all technical documents required for construction. This includes creating accurate shop drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

- Production of Technical Documents: Lead the preparation of detailed technical documents and drawings for construction, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with design intent and project requirements.
- Shop Drawings: Develop, review, and approve shop drawings, coordinating closely with the design team and contractors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Technical Specifications Review: Conduct thorough reviews of technical specifications and project documentation, ensuring all construction activities meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to verify that all drawings and technical documents adhere to company standards and project-specific requirements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP, structural engineers, and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for technical queries from clients, contractors, and consultants, providing expert guidance and solutions as needed.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of all technical documents, revisions, and approvals, ensuring accessibility and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance: Ensure all technical work complies with local regulations, building codes, and best industry practices, especially for luxury and high-end projects.Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical office roles, with a proven track record in high-end and luxury projects.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, and other industry-standard software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on a fat track project development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
