Job Description
1. To establish the Arista networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
2.To maximize customers’ network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, and scheduling upgrades.
3. To undertake data Arista and Aruba network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.
4. To report customer network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects.
5. To upgrade customer data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.
6. To communicate with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
7. To resolve Arista and Aruba complex technical issues involving (hardware and software) for internal or external businesses.
8. To respond to services, products, technical, and customer-related questions on subjects such as configuration and repair issues.
9. To proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users in avoiding or reducing the problem occurrence.
10. To document new issues resolution techniques and add these to the knowledge base.
11. To partner with the Sales to provide new leads.
12. To partner with the Project Managers to provide HLD, LLD, and project documentation.
13. To partner with the Project Managers to sign off projects at the planned time.
14. To participate in 24x7 Rota to provide second-level support for contracted customers.
15. To create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
16. To be responsible for providing technical support in the delivery of technology solutions to meet customers’ business needs.
17. Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time following the workflow, written policies, and procedures.
18. To respond within the agreed time frame following the customer contract and to work continuously on a task until completion by applying a hardware replacement, software configuration or firmware upgrade.
