Bartenders - 3 months Project

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including managing bar stock and inventory.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering expert recommendations.
- Ensure the quality of drinks and service consistently meets hotel standards.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with bar opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and bartending techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food and alcohol handling.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English additional language skills are an advantage.
- Locally available candidates only.
- Valid visa and Qatar ID (QID) are required.
- Food, accommodation, and transport will be provided by the company.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
