As the Senior Interior Design Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations. Your role will involve:
Driving Sales: Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their renovation needs.
Coordinating Teams: Manage and inspire subcontractors and employees to deliver top-notch service, ensuring high-quality and timely project completion.
Ensuring Excellence: Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, materials management, and quality control.
Customer Engagement: Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, address their concerns, and offer innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
Administrative Mastery: Handle contracts, orders, and administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
Key aspects of the role include:
The main task is the sale of design and renovation services in Qatar on the incoming stream;
Dealing with customers’ rejections and turning them into opportunities;
Having an urge to sell and succeed;
Preparation of commercial proposals;
Conclusion of contracts with the client.
Training on renovation technologies and calculation of estimates is provided
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
At least three years of experience in B2C sales (aggressive sales experience is an advantage)
Good communication skills in English
Positive personality and good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Having work experience in the field of renovation, interior design, or similar will give you a competitive edge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to QAR12,000.00 per month
