Requirement:
- Category Management Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in category management within retail, preferably in sportswear or fashion.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive product performance.
- Product Selection: Strong ability to select and manage a product range that aligns with customer preferences and business goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate category strategies and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions related to product sales and inventory.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
- Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and enhancing their shopping experience.
