Cleaning supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff, providing guidance and feedback to enhance team performance.
Inspect and evaluate completed cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
Ensure that cleaning staff follow health and safety procedures, including the proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during shifts and special events.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients regarding cleaning services.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
Assist with cleaning duties when needed, particularly during peak times or staff shortages.
Conduct performance reviews and recommend disciplinary action when necessary.
Ensure that safety protocols and company policies are consistently followed by all team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role in cleaning or facilities management.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and resolve conflicts.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications related to cleaning or safety are a speaker Preferred:
Previous experience working in a supervisory capacity within a commercial or industrial cleaning environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
Experience:

Hospitality and cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)

Arabic (Preferred)
