Job Description
We are currently looking for Cognos Developer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Skills:
- Experience with Cognos reporting tools.
- Understanding of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) solutions and their impact on business processes.
- Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance and related regulations.
Exception Review:
- Review all exceptions from the Cognos report, focusing specifically on discrepancies related to Salary/STD letters.
- Monitor the average volume of exceptions and prepare for an expected increase in requests.
- Assess any spikes in volume beyond the expected threshold and report findings to management.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
