Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and oversee the documentation processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documents are properly stored, retrieved, and maintained, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the document control process, including the creation, review, approval, and distribution of documents.
• Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy access to documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate documents.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems.
• Assist in training staff on document control processes.
• Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support project teams by providing timely access to required documentation.
• Prepare reports on document control activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., construction, engineering, etc.].
• Certification in document control or records management.
