Overview:
HBC is seeking a talented and experienced Fitout Architect to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural fitout projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The candidate must possess a valid Qatar ID and be well-versed in shop drawings and detailed drawings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural fitout designs from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and ensure accuracy in all design documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality fitout solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Oversee the preparation of design proposals and presentations.
• Ensure all work adheres to local regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural fitout projects.
• Valid Qatar ID is mandatory.
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
