Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain all project documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
• Implement document control procedures to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with project teams to collect and update documentation.
• Track document revisions and maintain version control.
• Prepare reports on document status and compliance.
• Assist in training staff on document control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in document control or administrative roles in construction or carpentry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
