We are looking for a meticulous Document Controller to manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. The Document Controller will maintain organized records of drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence related to carpentry projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain all project documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
- Implement document control procedures to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with project teams to collect and update documentation.
- Track document revisions and maintain version control.
- Prepare reports on document status and compliance.
- Assist in training staff on document control procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in document control or administrative roles in construction or carpentry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
