Job Summary:
Requirements:

• Total of 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in construction.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Possess basic knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering and site works.
• Have 6+ years of total experience with 3+ years in construction.
• Oil and Gas Experience is a plus.
• Exhibit well-developed organizational and self-management skills to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Support and assist the senior estimator in making strategic decisions to win bids.
• Thoroughly review and analyze tender documents, including FEED reports and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Gather essential information during site visits to inform project estimates.
• Produce accurate cost information required for estimation.
• Forecast project timelines effectively.
• Prepare quantity and cost estimates for Electrical and Instrumentation work processes.
• Identify and evaluate technical issues related to projects.
• Identify bid opportunities, visit project sites, and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and oral communication skills to liaise efficiently with clients, contractors, and management.
