Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ELV Technician to join our team on Salwa Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems in a facility management setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address, and other low-voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on ELV systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and installations performed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an ELV Technician in a facility management environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and other low-voltage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or on-call shifts if required.
