Job Summary:
We are seeking three dedicated, detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of multiple villas for a prestigious business house in Doha, Qatar. Ideal candidates should possess an understanding of high standards in cleaning and hospitality, aiming to provide a welcoming, comfortable environment. Language proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage. Candidates able to join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas are spotless, organized, and well-maintained.
• Take care of all assigned areas by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall villa appearance.
• Linen and Laundry Management
• Wash, fold, and store linens, towels, and other fabrics as required.
• Change bed linens and make beds on a regular schedule, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and inform the management of low inventories.
• Keep track of laundry supplies and request replenishments when necessary.
• Guest Service
• Respect and maintain the privacy and preferences of villa occupants.
• Respond to any special requests or needs courteously and promptly.
• Kitchen and Food Support
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen daily, including countertops, sinks, and appliances.
• Assist with simple meal preparations or kitchen duties if required.
• Safety and Hygiene Compliance
• Ensure adherence to all hygiene, safety, and health standards.
• Dispose of trash and waste materials regularly in compliance with villa protocols.

Required Skills:

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi, Malayalam, and English. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and clean even minor messes, ensuring the villa looks immaculate.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to complete them within required timelines.
• Physical Stamina: Must be capable of performing tasks involving physical exertion, such as lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
• Respect and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain privacy and professionalism while working in a personal home environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a residential or luxury villa setting, is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability: Must be available for immediate joining and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
