Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions related to project supplies, ensuring accurate stock management, and maintaining detailed records of materials used in our luxury furniture projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:

• Enter all project supplies invoices into the accounting system promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy.

Stock Management:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels for project supplies, including fabrics and other materials.
• Regularly update inventory records to reflect usage and stock changes.

Material Tracking:

• Track the usage of all materials involved in project supplies.
• Monitor and report on fabric and supply consumption for ongoing projects.

Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, material usage, and financial transactions related to project supplies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers and the design team to understand material requirements for ongoing projects.
• Provide insights on inventory levels to aid in project planning and execution.

Compliance:

• Ensure all accounting practices adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a warehouse or inventory management setting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
