We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations in Qatar. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial health and contributing to its continued success.
Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to management for decision-making.
• Accounting Operations:
• Manage the general ledger, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain fixed asset register and calculate depreciation.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and identify variances.
• Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and financial regulations in Qatar.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory reports.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting and tax legislation.
• Internal Controls:
• Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
• Identify and assess financial risks.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Other:
• Assist with audits and financial reviews.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting qualification is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Odoo and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
