· Shipping Documentation: Prepare accurate and compliant shipping documentation, such as commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
· Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and meet quality standards.
· Freight Forwarder Management: Coordinate with freight forwarders to negotiate rates, arrange transportation, and handle customs clearance.
· Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouses, and ensure sufficient stock levels to meet customer demands.
· Problem Solving: Identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as customs delays, transportation issues, or changes in shipping regulations.
