Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates for scaffolding, painting, and insulation works for Oil & Gas (onshore and offshore) projects. The successful candidate will analyze tender documents, prepare budgets, and collaborate with project managers to ensure the financial viability of our bids.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and understand project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers to clarify project details.
• Develop and maintain estimation templates and databases.
• Assess risks associated with projects in estimates.
• Assist in preparing commercial and technical proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• Proven experience as an estimator in the scaffolding, painting, and insulation works.
• Qatar experience is preferred.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
