Job Description:
Experience:
- The role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director.
- Responsibilities include managing the supervisor's calendar, scheduling appointments independently, screening incoming calls and correspondence, and responding appropriately.
- The job also entails preparing memoranda that outline and explain administrative procedures and policies to supervisory staff, ensuring compliance, organizing programs, events, and conferences, and directing the preparation of records for corporate meetings, including agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
- The position requires acting as the custodian of corporate documents and records, overseeing the preparation and filing of corporate legal documents with government agencies in accordance with statutes, taking and transcribing dictation, and composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
- Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining database and spreadsheet files, as well as arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role is required.
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
- B.Sc/BA degree or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
