Urgently hiring Facility Engineer / Facility Supervisor preferably with Real Estate and Facility Management experience available locally in Qatar.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
Education:
- Supervise the operations, maintenance and repair of various facility system
- Supervise, train and evaluate facility maintenance and repair staff
- Evaluate and monitor performance of facility service providers
- Compile facility operation expense reports
- Assist in monitoring performance of major on-site construction and renovation projects and provide data to General Manager
- Review and evaluate performance of minor on-site construction and renovation projects.
- Conduct space planning and utilization
- Coordinate annual inspections related to Facility/ occupant safety practices.
- Control overtime of the staff
- Coordination with Qatar Airways- checking in and out details
- Supervise the availability and preparedness of the unit before turnover to tenants
- In charge in scheduling of checking in and out
- Preparation of tenant moving in and out documentations
- Assistance to the tenant’s requests, preparing and following of Job cards
- In charge with the renovation and removals of furniture’s
- Providing all reports and documents to the Property Manager.
- Coordinate and scheduling pest control services, fire alarm, PPM & Upgradations
Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Residential Facility Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Facility Management in Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
