Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Black Rose Coffee Shop. The Barista will be responsible for customer service, food preparation, and creating premium coffee brews for our customers.
Qualifications:

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work well in a team
• Previous experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or restaurant
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills and ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively
• Experience in Food Preparation and knowledge of proper food safety techniques
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee machines and brewing techniques
• Flexibility to work across different shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus
• Multilanguage skill is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
