Looking for an experience Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for a Mediterranean fine dine restaurant.

• Good knowledge of Staff Management, Customer Service, Vendor management, Monthly closing and inventory management
• Operations and financial management, Daily sales reports, stock management reports and P&L.
• Executive chef is not only In Charge of kitchen but also take charge of all cooking processes, standard recipes, food costing and staff management in BOH
• Must have 6-7 years of experience in Fine dine restaurants or hotel chains
• Must have Food Safety Knowledge as per Qatar rules and regulations
• Food handler certificate
• Locally hired Only
• NOC required with transferrable Visa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
