We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female, preferably born in Qatar, with strong English language skills. As a Health Care Worker, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Follow care plans and ensure patient safety at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Female candidate, preferably born in Qatar.
- Single.
- Muslims.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills in Arabic are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Compassionate, patient, and sensitive to the needs of others.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in healthcare are a plus.
- Full-time position.
- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
