Helpdesk Operator:
Requirement:

Graduate with minimum (02) years’ experience as Helpdesk Support in Facility Management industry within Qatar.
Must be presentable with good English & Arabic communication skills.
Should have the good knowledge of computers and skills to attend the customer phone calls and address their concerns.
Should be capable enough to prepare the daily required reports related to customer queries & other issues related to the facility management.

Note: the candidates who meet the above criteria and can join immediately with NOC will be much preferred.
Salary: Qr. 2500 – 3000 plus accommodation/food.
