Greet and seat customers and serves them in a professional, discreet and personalised way.
Practice good customer relations and attends to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily.
Take reservations and provide information regarding F&B outlets.
Communicate actively with the guest in the outlet to obtain feedback, as well as to
generate revenue by recommendation.
Actively use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increased revenue.
Acquire in depth knowledge of the F&B menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and to provide advices to guests.
Assist with F&B activities (cocktail reception, conference, banqueting and outside catering) as assigned by the Manager.
