Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: 1 Year and extendable

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas of the hotel meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient work schedules and proper delegation of duties.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet the hotel's quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping essentials, placing orders when necessary.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, and environmental practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to handle guest complaints effectively and maintain a positive guest experience
• Good communication skills in English (basic knowledge of Arabic would be a plus).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
