HR ASSISTANT
We are seeking skilled and proactive HR Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Conduct training sessions and help develop programs for employee growth and development
• Support managers in employee appraisals and oversee performance management processes.
• ⁠ Can work in tandem with the HRM team.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field desirable
• Available to join immediately with valid QID and NOC
• ⁠ Having valid Qatar driving license is preferred but not mandatory
