Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative HR duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative HR duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll-related tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of performance management systems.
- Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances in collaboration with management.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
- Other HR-related administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Competitive salary: 3,000 QAR/month + FAT (Food/Transport Allowance).
