Gulf Overseas HR Consultancy

HR Executive (Male)

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive (Male) to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will have a proven background in HR functions and be able to manage a variety of human resource-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee queries.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including handling NOCs, QIDs, and contracts.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in the implementation of performance reviews, goal-setting, and employee development plans.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and manage HR documentation such as contracts and leave records.
  • Payroll Management: Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of employee salaries.
  • Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • Gender: Male
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Location: Must be residing in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Availability: Immediate joining required
