We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws
• Perform data analysis using Excel, prepare dashboard and reports.
• Manage recruitment processes
• Develop and implement HR policies
• Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries

Qualifications:

• Must be immediately available in Qatar
• Possess a valid NOC
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Have at least 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment
