Job Summary:
The Influencer Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with influencers across various platforms. You will create influencer marketing campaigns that align with Gaia MENA’s brand goals, coordinate collaborations, and track the impact of these campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and partnerships across social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).
• Coordinate content creation with influencers, ensuring the alignment of messaging with Gaia MENA’s brand values.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, PR) to create cohesive brand strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Manage influencer budgets, contracts, and payment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance, and provide insights for improvement.
• Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm and develop unique influencer collaborations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in digital marketing or a similar field.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Traackr, Aspire IQ Upfluence, hypeauditor).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
