Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ITIL/ITSM Trainer to lead a focused training program on November and December. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ITIL/ITSM methodologies and a passion for teaching.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging ITIL/ITSM training sessions for participants.
• Customize training content to align with participant needs.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and interactive learning atmosphere.
• Provide training at client premises.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ITIL/ITSM Trainer.
• ITIL Foundation 4 certification, along with an ITIL Professional or Practice Leader certification,
• OR at least 8 years of experience managing ITSM processes in a leadership role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Must hold a valid Qatar ID.
