Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ITIL Trainer to lead a focused training program on November and December. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ITIL methodologies and a passion for teaching.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging ITIL training sessions for participants.
• Customize training content to align with participant needs.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and interactive learning atmosphere.
• Provide training at client premises.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ITIL Trainer.
• Valid ITIL CERTIFICATION (Foundation or higher).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Must hold a valid Qatar ID.
