Insurance Supervisor - Submissions (Location: Alkhor, Qatar)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator with experience in SUBMISSIONS and Coding to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing insurance processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients. This position requires a thorough understanding of the Qatar insurance process and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Verify and process (approvals, submissions reconciliation and resubmission) insurance claims, adhering to Qatar's insurance regulations and guidelines.
Review and interpret insurance policies to accurately determine coverage and benefits.
Correspond with insurance companies to resolve payment delays, requests for additional information, or to discuss denied treatment coverage
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to address insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
Reviews claims to make sure that billing requirements are met, updates accounts as necessary, answers inquiries, and makes recommendations for resolution.
Maintain detailed records of insurance transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct regular audits to guarantee adherence to both company policies and local regulations.
To coordinate and co-operate with colleagues and other related departments for smooth running of operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as an Insurance Coordinator (Submissions) in Qatar.
Experience in CPT Coding.
University degree holder.
In-depth knowledge of Qatar's insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
