Years of experience: 3-4 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
Project Site Location: Wakra
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Skills:

• Arabic Speaking
• Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3D modeling software, etc.).
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation:

• Meet with clients to determine project requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Discuss the functionality, design aesthetics, and timeline of the project.

2. Design Development:

• Create initial design concepts through sketches, drawings, and 3D models.
• Develop detailed floor plans, layouts, and specifications.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and finishes.
• Ensure that the designs align with the client’s needs, sustainability, and safety standards.

3. Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design execution.
• Oversee and manage the installation process of designs on-site.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet deadlines.

4. Material Selection and Procurement:

• Research, source, and select appropriate materials and furnishings.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product availability and pricing.

5. Budget and Time Management:

• Prepare cost estimates for clients and maintain the project within budget constraints.
• Monitor timelines to ensure that design elements are delivered and installed according to the project schedule.

6. Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques.
