The Role
Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who is currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Legal PA and Office Coordinator to join their team in Doha, Qatar. Our client is looking for a pro-active Legal PA to provide exceptional legal support to a team of Lawyers within Commercial and Corporate Practice. - The Legal PA will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence. - Additionally, this role will perform various legal administrative duties such as drafting and proof-reading documents, putting together Power Point Presentations, as well as organising and attending meetings and taking minutes supporting with billings and trial bundles. The Legal PA may also support on reception, answering phone calls, delegating or responding to emails, as well as welcoming clients into the business and carry out any adhoc duties where required.

Requirements

• To be considered for this role the successful candidate must have experience working within a Law Firm. The ideal candidate will have a professional and personable approach with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and being fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential for this role. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
