Role Description & Key Performance Indicators:

• General supervision of all Gym members, whilst teaching classes and conducting personal training sessions by leading/coordinating individuals or groups according to the Gym’s standards and/or specific personal training goals of individual members.
• Run group exercise classes as scheduled and PT sessions at prior agreed times set by the group exercise schedule and/or together by both client and trainer through the reception.
• Establishment of a good client base that contributes to the gyms revenues by selling the programs and services to existing and potential clients.
• Administration of services of the gym group exercise and Personal Training business; including individual budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting and tracking of services of services and sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs a wide variety of fitness and activity classes/courses/clinics etc. around the specific vision and strategy of the gym.
• Plans, leads and executes exercise and activity sessions in a variety of fitness areas available in the facilities of the gym project.
• Sets up and monitors classes and personal training sessions.
• Distributes handouts and online information, if appropriate and answer questions from clients.
• Tracks & monitors client’s fitness progression and whether it is in line with goals initially set.
• Promote and sell group classes and Personal Training for the gym project only – exclusivity contract.
• Maintain a client base by selling minimum level of new class passes, memberships and personal training sessions packages as determined by the management team.
• Assist in membership management and data collection.
• Assist in reception and admin duties if required by the business and operations.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry.
• Contributes top team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Ensures that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to by clients; reports accidents and prepares accident reports as required.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Arabic Language skills will be added advantage
