MEP Planning Engineer

- Invoicing Dates: Develop and manage schedules for issuing invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Payment Receiving Dates: Track and coordinate the receipt of payments, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Shop Drawing Approval: Liaise with design teams and clients to ensure shop drawings are submitted and approved on time.
- Material Requisitions and Procurement: Coordinate material requisitions, ensure timely procurement, and track material delivery to meet project timelines.
- Inspections and Clearances: Plan and schedule inspections, ensuring all necessary clearances are obtained for project progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP planning within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes, payment schedules, and procurement procedures.
- Experience with MEP shop drawings, material requisitions, and inspection processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in Qatar is a must
- Qatar Driving License
- Own a Car
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
