Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, specifications, and materials.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of MEP work.
• Supervise site installations and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring all MEP activities are completed on time.
• Prepare and manage MEP budgets, monitor costs, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct inspections and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in managing large-scale MEP projects in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Qatar is a must
• Holder of Qatari Driving License
• Own a Car
