we are looking for a MEP Procurement Manager who will be responsible for all procurement activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting Sprinklers, Electrical and associated parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To procure equipment, materials and systems that meet project quality and specification requirements.
• Develops and maintains good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review, compare, analyze and approve products and services to be purchased.
• Must work closely with vendor and technical personnel to develop solicitations and final vendor agreements.
• Recommends ways to consolidate vendors and thereby reduce costs.
• Ensures the contract conditions are satisfied by suppliers as negotiated in coordination with teams.
• Prepares regular reports, e.g., number of suppliers, top suppliers, total purchase costs, etc
• Supports the budget process by providing projected requirements based on teams' cost forecasts and knowledge of supplier activities.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in purchasing and procurement and 5 years’ experience in MEP contractor.
• Strong understanding of MEP materials, standards, and regulations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
