Odoo Functional Consultant - Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business processes.
Identify gaps between Odoo functionalities and client requirements.
Client Training:
Design and deliver customized training programs to end-users and administrators.
Ensure clients are proficient in using the implemented Odoo modules.
Pre-Sales Activities:
Assist the sales team with product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Prepare and present proof-of-concepts (POC) and pilot implementations to prospective clients.
Draft proposals and solution architecture during the pre-sales phase.
Odoo Implementation:
Configure and Implement Odoo modules to align with client requirements.
Oversee customisations, integrations, and testing during implementation.
User Support:
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, training guides, and project reports.
Testing & Validation:
Conduct functional testing of Odoo modules to ensure alignment with requirements.
Validate system configurations to meet client expectations.
Collaboration:
Work with technical consultants for custom development and integrations.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
Expertise in Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
Proficiency in creating workflows, configurations, and reporting in Odoo.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in conducting client training and pre-sales activities.
Preferred Skills
Certification in Odoo Functional or Technical domains.
Familiarity with Python and basic knowledge of Odoo’s technical framework.
Experience in proposal drafting and pre-sales presentations.
Project management skills and experience with client interaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
