We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing a team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail management or outlet management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a budget.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
• Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) are mandatory.
• Ready to join immediately.
