Job Title: Pastry Demi Chef De Partie

Directly report to: Sous Chef/ Head Chef.
Location: F&B Riviera Gardens
Job Summary:
As Pastry Demi Chef De Partie , you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality Pastry dishes to deliver an excellent Guest experience. As Pastry Demi Chef De Partie will also be required to develop and prepare The Bakery Section and prepare all the related set up . you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards, Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees. Work as per duty schedule and shifts. Perform all tasks as per given instructions. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Ensure consistent Pastry dishes, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Company standards.
2. Have knowledge of HEALTHY desserts
3. Have knowledge of Bakery production such as croissant, bread, Healthy Bread
4. Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.
5. Provide support to the Kitchen Team when needed
6. Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
7. Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus.
8. Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
9. Comply with Company security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation.
10. Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times.
11. Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel-initiated trainings. Attend all required trainings as described by the department

8- Perform all tasks as assigned by Head Ched
9- Ensure all incidents, accidents are logged in and brought to the Head Chef
