Procurement Engineer

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials and equipment needed for carpentry projects. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Collaborate with project managers to align procurement with project timelines.
- Maintain records of purchases and supplier performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the construction or furniture industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
