Job Requirements:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work closely with a government client and our internal team, acting as the primary liaison between the client and the company. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Job Requirements:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work closely with a government client and our internal team, acting as the primary liaison between the client and the company. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer skills, with a preference for those in the early stages of their career.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Ability to manage projects using JIRA (initial training will be provided).
- Bilingual proficiency is required.
- Strong organizational skills to arrange meetings, track project progress, and provide regular updates and reports.
- Capability to follow up with team members to expedite project milestones.
- Coordinating with the finance department regarding budgeting and invoicing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the clients and the company, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks through JIRA, ensuring timelines are met and milestones are achieved.
- Organize and schedule meetings with stakeholders, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to both the client and internal team members.
- Follow up with the project team to keep tasks on track and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets and oversee invoicing processes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
