Job Description:
Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their real estate inquiries via phone, email, face-to-face meetings
• Conduct viewings of residential and commercial properties in a professional manner, manage client's follow-up
• Provide property investment advice to clients after carefully analyzing the current market conditions and trends
• Maintain an extensive list of all clients who have been in contact with you to identify the clients demographics and the most sought-after and profitable areas
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote the properties through advertisements, social media and contacting clients directly

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a real estate agent in Doha, Qatar
• Proven track record of successful sales and leasing transactions
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently along with excellent interpersonal skills

Applicant must have a valid Qatari driver's license
