The Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA&QC) Specialist, Food Safety Specialist, develops sampling plans and procedures for testing product quality. He/She maintains standards by verifying test results and audits comply with food safety regulations and requirements in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• They also inspect food facilities and equipment for hygiene, sanitation, and maintenance and report any issues or deviations from food standards and regulations. They may also conduct audits, train staff, review documentation, and communicate with suppliers, customers, and authorities.
• You need to have strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and time management. You may also need to be familiar with various food testing methods and equipment, food standards and regulations, food safety management systems, and quality assurance principles.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 per month
Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Food and Hygiene QC: 5 years (Required)
• Catering Industry: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Qatar Driving License (Required)
• HACCP Level 3 or 4 (Required)
