• University Graduate (any related field)
• Very Good understanding in Qatar Hiring Processes
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in Facility Maintenance a must
• Good negotiation skills
• SAP knowledge an advantage
• Knowledge in preparing demand letters, accreditation and job orders

· Develop and update job descriptions and person specifications with the hiring manager to ensure accurate information is given to candidates/agencies and the right candidates are sourced
· Ensures proper approvals are obtained for all vacancies in the form of a Personal Requisition Form
· Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job site and company careers Site
· Source and attract candidates by using agencies, databases, Linked In and/or Social Media
· Ensures internal promotions follow due process as per company policy and procedures
· Proper screening of Resumes and submission of the same within our deadline
· Screen and shortlist qualified and suitable staff to be submitted to our Management
· Conduct an initial interview to evaluate the knowledge and experience of the candidates
· Check references for candidates before offers are being finalized for senior positions
· Preparation of offer letters, gathering documents for Visa application or Sponsorship change
· Responsible for keeping the hiring manager informed of the status of their vacancies
· Ensure a proper handover of all candidates who have accepted to the Onboarding Officer
· Perform other related tasks as directed by the Manpower and Recruitment Manager
