DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for RECRUITER with 3+ years of experience in Doha, Qatar
Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the seamless recruitment and mobilization of employees (Skilled Workers) for engineering and construction (Oil & Gas) projects in the middle east region. This role includes coordinating pre-employment checks including medical fitness, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and facilitating the timely deployment of personnel to project sites.

Job Summary:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, mobilization, or HR coordination, preferably within the oil & Gas, engineering and construction, energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of onboarding procedures, immigration processes, and compliance requirements in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding software tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
